Information you provide
The enquiry form records your name, company, contact details, country or region, product specifications, quantity, packaging, delivery requirements and other notes. The Simplified Chinese form requires a mobile number; the English and Traditional Chinese forms require an email address. We also retain the form language, source page, acknowledgement, submission time and follow-up status. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Use and storage
We use these details to clarify specifications, prepare quotations and respond to you. We use Cloudflare to host the website and store enquiry information, which may be processed outside mainland China. Enquiry records are accessed only by authorised personnel for business follow-up and are not publicly displayed. We do not use advertising tracking or automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained for up to 180 days, then automatically removed. Deleted information may remain in backup and recovery records for up to seven additional days. Contact the email above with your enquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify that the record belongs to you. A later order or contract will have its own record-handling arrangements.
Security and other contact channels
We use encrypted connections and submission checks to protect enquiry information and prevent abuse. Temporary connection identifiers are used for security checks; the enquiry record does not store your IP address. Website access logging is disabled, while infrastructure error logs may contain technical connection data. Email links open your mail application with an editable draft; nothing is sent until you send it there. Email and WeChat communications are handled by their respective providers.
